Enabling JavaScript Access
Before customizing your blog signature, you need to obtain JavaScript permissions from CNBlogs. This requires applying through the official channels and waiting for administrative approval. The process typically takes one to two business days. You can submit your request via the contact methods provided on the CNBlogs platform.
Creating a Signature
Once JavaScript access is granted, follow these steps to create your signature:
- Navigate to the Management dashboard
- Select Operations → Blog Signature
- Click Create New Signature
Enter the signature content in the editor. A typical signature includes authorship information and optional disclaimers:
<div>
<p>Author: <a href="https://your-blog.cnblogs.com/" target="_blank">Your Name</a></p>
<p>Source: <a href="https://your-blog.cnblogs.com/" target="_blank">https://your-blog.cnblogs.com/</a></p>
<p>This article is for learning and research purposes. Non-commercial reproduction is welcome.</p>
</div>
Applying Custom Styling
To enhance the visual presentation of your signature, add custom CSS through the Settings panel. Access the Custom CSS section in the Management dashboard and insert the following code:
#MySignature {
border: solid 1px #E5E5E5;
padding: 10px;
background: #E5EEF7 url(http://images.cnblogs.com/cnblogs_com/grenet/226272/o_o_o_info.png) no-repeat scroll 15px 50%;
padding-left: 80px;
}
#MySignature div {
line-height: 20px;
}
Save the CSS settings to apply the styling. The signature will automatically render with your custom formatting.
Customizing the Background Image
To use a personalized background image instead of the default one, you can upload your own image to the CNBlogs file storage system:
- Access the File Upload feature in your blog management panel
- Upload your desired image file
- Copy the generated file URL
- Replace the URL in the CSS background property
This allows you to display a custom image that matches your blog's design theme.
Cache Considerations
After saving your configuraton changes, allow some time for the updates to propagate across the platform. The blog pages may not reflect the new signature immediately due to caching mechanisms.
